INTERNATIONAL MARKETING PROJECT - OLIPOP IN AUSTRALIA

Embedded is my international marketing project that was completed in November 2023 with 5 other Baylor University students. This presentation outlines OLIPOP’s (a health-conscious beverage currently sold in the United States) strategy for entering the Australian market. Our group chose Australia because of its similarity to the United States regarding the Hofstede Index and the current health-conscious nature of the country.

We decided to launch a joint venture with Bobby (an Australian health-conscious beverage) in order to aid OLIPOP’s financials, retail pricing for consumers, and Australian market share growth.

All group members helped in various aspects of the marketing strategy and I personally designed the advertisements (shown on slide 9).
